Is Business faster than the personal plan?
No. Both allow about 1 call every 10 seconds. Business changes what you may do: automation, multiple users, resale and a dedicated server.
My personal API key was blocked. What does that mean?
Your key sent automated traffic. The personal plan does not allow automation, multiple users or resale, so we blocked the key. You cannot create new API keys on that account. You can keep using Graydient by hand, in our apps, as before. To automate, move to Business.
Can I resell the personal API?
No. The personal API key is for one user. To resell access or run a live product with other users, you need Business.
What does Business cost?
$899.99 per month for each dedicated server, plus $0.02 per render. Video renders cost the same. It renews on your signup date. Or pay $8,999.99 per year: 2 months free, save $1,799.89.
How does the credit for my personal plan work?
After you upgrade, our support team applies a credit for the unused part of your personal plan to your Business account. To ask for it, reply to our email or Telegram message, or use the contact page.
Do I need to change my code?
You use the same Graydient V3 API. When we set up your dedicated server, our team helps you connect your app to it.
How do I add capacity?
Rent more servers. You can stack several dedicated servers as you grow.
Is there a long contract?
No. The contract asks for 30 days' notice. There is no long-term commitment.
Which models can I run?
The API runs the same open image, video and LLM models as the Graydient apps. That includes 30,000+ ModelTrends models, your own LoRAs and about 400 ComfyAPI workflows.
Is my content private?
Yes. Graydient does not train models. Your uploads are never sold or used for training. The acceptable use policy still applies to every render.
